846s.org offers connected programs that help young people and communities develop Emotional Intelligence, strengthen leadership, explore emerging technology, build professional capability, and create new pathways toward economic mobility.
These are not separate academies.
They are interconnected program areas within the 846s.org Human Experience Ecosystem.
A participant may begin with a conversation, an Emotional Intelligence activity, a drone demonstration, mentoring, FAA preparation, or a community learning experience.
Wherever the journey begins, each program can connect participants to deeper reflection, practical learning, professional development, community contribution, and future opportunity.

Program Area One
Programs and guided experiences that help participants develop self awareness, self regulation, motivation, empathy, communication, cultural understanding, and healthy relationships.
African Inspired Emotional Intelligence brings established Emotional Intelligence principles into conversation with African proverbs, cultural wisdom, storytelling, lived experience, and community responsibility.
Program experiences may include ZERA Cards conversations, Seven Mirrors, guided scenarios, HeadCheck reflection, mentoring, coaching, and community conversations.

The following are learning environments, not additional program areas.
846s.org programs are delivered through flexible, relationship centered learning environments.
Some experiences happen in trusted neighborhood spaces.
Others happen online.
Many combine both.
Learning environment one
Community Learning Commons are trusted physical and virtual spaces where young people, families, elders, educators, entrepreneurs, and community partners gather to share knowledge, build relationships, develop skills, and create opportunities together.
These may include Sabathani Community Center, neighborhood coffee shops, Minneapolis parks, schools, libraries, BIPOC owned businesses, partner organizations, and community events.
Learning environment two
Learning Without Walls makes workshops, mentoring, study circles, reflection, coaching, and community conversations available beyond a single building or neighborhood.
It is not a separate academy or a collection of passive online courses. It is a flexible, relational approach to learning through conversation, reflection, scenarios, practice, and human connection.
The Human Experience Ecosystem is not another program.
